Residential Centres
There are four residential centres with campsites in Bedfordshire:
Mollivers in Bedford
Haverings in Luton
Woodcroft in Luton
Windy Sayles in Whipsnade
Awards
There are specialist advisors to help with the Baden Powell Award, Queens Guide Award, Duke of Edinburgh and information on the awards that can be given to adults with information on how to nominate some one.
International Opportunities
International Opportunities
International weekends are run each year so that girls and adults can learn more about the opportunities available to them
Grants
There are various grants available to enable girls and adults to participate in activities. The Opportunities Grant can be awarded to individual girls and adult members, providing opportunities for girls, to enable them to take part in an event or activity out of the meeting place which otherwise would have been prohibitive due to cost.
There are also grants for International Trips, Members Training Grants training to gain the experience or a nationally recognised qualification to enable the participant to provide opportunities for girls within the County and financial support for the Baden Powel Adventure weekends for Guides
